ASSESSMENT
An Assessment is an interview done with a substance abuse professional evaluating a client’s use of mood altering chemicals and the results of continued use. The interview process assists the substance abuse professional in determining the need for treatment. Recommendations are made to the client for the lowest, safest level of care.
OUTPATIENT DETOXIFICATION
Detoxification does not have to take place in a hospital to be safe and effective. Participants in this program receive counseling as well as medical services. Detox medications are administered by the staff physician to keep participants medically and emotionally safe during the withdrawal process. Participants are on site during the day to receive counseling and education, while having withdrawal process monitored, and return to home each evening. Outpatient detoxification will treat withdrawal from a variety of substances including alcohol, prescription medications, stimulants, sedatives and street drugs.
BUPRENORPHINE TREATMENT
Buprenorphine is used for detoxification and treatment for opiate withdrawal and dependence. Treatment consists of a detoxification process, medication management and mandatory treatment participation. Participants in this program receive counseling as well as medical services. Detox medications are administered by the staff physician to keep participants medically and emotionally safe during the withdrawal process. Participants are on site during the day to receive counseling and education, while having withdrawal process monitored, and return to home each evening.
DAY TREATMENT
Brief intensive education and counseling aimed at stabilizing someone new in the abstinence process provides motivation to continue the treatment process an intensive outpatient setting.
ADULT INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT

Education and counseling in a group setting to achieve abstinence and develop a self-responsible plan of recovery. Treatment accommodates a client’s routine life responsibilities and is offered in day or evening programming.
ADOLESCENT INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT

Substance abuse treatment provided for clients ages 13 - 18 and their families. Treatment focuses on abstinence from mood altering chemicals, coping with peer pressure and self-esteem issues. Treatment for the adolescent involves education and counseling in a group setting and includes parent education and counseling with the adolescent in a group setting.
ADULT RELAPSE TRACK

Brief intensive treatment for program completers who have relapsed and need greater understanding of relapse and methods to remain in recovery and avoid future relapses.

CO-OCCURRING DISORDERS TREATMENT

Specialized Intensive Outpatient treatment for those diagnosed with both substance abuse and mental health disorders. Treatment focuses on establishing and maintaining abstinence and recovery while concurrently addressing mental health issues.
AFTERCARE

Services provided for persons who have made a self-diagnosis of their chemical abuse/dependency and/or Co-occurring disorder and have completed Intensive Outpatient treatment . The service is designed to support new recovery.
ADULT EDUCATION

An education program designed for clients who have experienced a negative consequence of substance use but are not diagnosed with abuse or dependence.
ADOLESCENT EDUCATION

An education program designed for clients who have experienced a negative consequence of substance use but are not diagnosed with abuse or dependence.
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

Offered as a continuation of an Intensive Outpatient level of care.

FAMILY GROUPS
Included in the Intensive Outpatient treatment services designed to help family members grow in recovery along with the identified client.

PATHOLOGICAL GAMBLING
A specialized and comprehensive outpatient program which consists of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of “problem”, “compulsive”. and “pathological” gambling which tends to get worse over time unless treated. Treatment will meet the needs of anyone whose gambling is causing psychological, financial, emotional, marital, legal, or other difficulties for themselves or the people around them. Treatment focuses on abstinence and developing a self responsible plan for recovery.
